The Process

Mode of Service Delivery

At Arcadia Harmony Counselling and Wellness Centre we are open to listen to you from any part of the world, with flexible working hours 7 days a week, whether as an individual or a group through the following ways:

Open & Online Engagements

Are you in your house, office or anywhere away from our office? Do you prefer a cool ambiance in a garden? Arcadia harmony Counselling & Wellness Centre has you in mind and you can be supported at your comfort or online through the Google Meet app, or any other out of office setting.

In-House Sessions

Includes one on one sessions in our therapy room. With arrangements we also do home visits. Our in-house session increases your level of security and sense of well-being. For those unwilling to seek therapeutic support outside of their homes, in-house is a welcome option.

Telephone Call

If a video call is not possible, a session can also take place over the phone call. Book an appointment using our online scheduler, sending us an email, or calling our office at to make arrangements.​
If you prefer a phone call, just call our toll free telephone number and you will be assisted.
