We will work with partners and conduct research in such related areas in order to gain insights and bring forward possible solutions. Likewise, Arcadia Harmony will provide clinical supervision in the field of counselling

Education

Bed.-Guidance & Counselling ( Moi University), Training of trainers, Counselor supervision, Trauma counseling for torture victims, Forensic documentation, Basic first Aid, Training of trainers in Life Skills Training (USIU), internal quality audit.

Professional Certification

Registered & Licensed in Kenya by the Counsellors and Psychologist Board and a member of Kenya Counselling and Psychological Association

Work experience

Oigara is an experienced Counselor, Counselor supervisor and lecturer with over 15 years experience having  worked in various counselling institutions in Kenya, private and public colleges, local & international NGOs, individual clients and counselling related programs on areas like trauma, stress management, critical incident debriefing, relationships, marital and family issues, employee assistance,  loss and grief, drug and substance abuse, adolescent counselling among others.

Tom Kiuna

Education

Bachelor of Commerce (KU) and MBA in Strategic Management (UON)

Work experience

Tom had been involved in mentorship, empowerment and training for many years as a Counsellor, facilitator and businessman.

He started off as a peer Counsellor while in University and has continued to impart his skills and knowledge in mentoring many people.

Tom has also been involved in the Man Enough program at Don Bosco Church Upperhill as a Facilitator from 2018 to 2024.

He previously worked in major banks such as CBA, CFC Stanbic and Bank of Africa and left in 2014 as a Senior Manager.
